Pamela Gilchrist is a Fortune 100 leadership and communications expert. As chief strategist and CEO at the Gilchrist Group®, she advises organizations on how to have more impact by focusing on breakthrough business strategies, brand identity and influencer engagement. Pam has served as chief communications council for companies ranging from Fortune 100s to small businesses for 27 years. Her unique combination of vision, executive management and guidance helps organizations achieve maximum results. She has special expertise in strategic planning and business analysis.
She is known for her research on emerging socio-economic trends that will shape how businesses compete and succeed. Pam consults with organizations to help them more quickly adapt to the radically changing marketplace. Gilchrist holds a master’s degree from The Ohio State University, a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and a certification in Personality-type Training through Loyal University Chicago. She is an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and its Counselors Academy, a professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), as well as a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD).
She was just named both Member-of-the-Year and President-Elect for the National Speakers Association Ohio Chapter which also awarded her the 2012 Bob McNabb S.P.Y. Award. Pam has earned the highest honor in the PR Industry – a Golden World Trophy from the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) for her customer engagement work at a Fortune 500 insurer. She has also been named PR Professional-of-the-Year by the Cincinnati Chapter of PRSA and is a Business Courier Forty Under 40 winner.

Glenn Corson, MBA, PMP, CETL, CPT
Senior Business Strategist
Glenn Corson is a respected leader who accelerates business success. With 25+ years of broad organizational experience, he works with clients to grow their business quickly. Glenn is adept at strengthening operations, growing sales, improving efficiency and renewing team commitment. He listens carefully and synthesizes data points quickly to accurately assess key business challenges; then provides specific insights, plans and tools to accomplish your goals.
His no-nonsense approach quickly moves clients from strategy to action. With excellent problem solving, team building and customer relations skills, Glenn is astute in root cause analysis and savvy in designing appropriate solutions for a variety of organizational and operational challenges.
Larger organizations work with Glenn as a consultant or executive-on-loan, while start-ups, entrepreneurs and leaders engage him as a coach. His business experience includes start-ups, development planning, winning competitive requests for proposal (RFP), merger and acquisition management, multi-million dollar budget management and managing first-line managers.
His leadership experience includes management positions with: Vartek Services, Kaplan, Inc., Kronos Inc., Ohio Timekeeping Systems, WrightPoint Computers and Computer Care. He has success and a special-interest in turning-around low performing teams.
Glenn is also a professional educator with a proven ability to engage audiences. He conveys technical and non-technical information in a relevant, meaningful manner that sticks. He has served as a department chair for Business and IT at Daymar College and has also taught at Northern Kentucky University, Southern Ohio College and SUNY Binghamton University in New York.
Glenn earned his MBA from Thomas More College while working full-time as a regional manager for Kronos Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton (Binghamton University) as well as an associate’s degree in Engineering Science from Broome Community College. Glenn also received certification from Loyola University in Chicago to teach personality typing as a tool to better understanding those with whom we work. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
