He has served as a department chair for Business and IT at Daymar College and has also taught at Northern Kentucky University, Southern Ohio College and SUNY Binghamton University in New York.
Glenn earned his MBA from Thomas More College while working full-time as a regional manager for Kronos Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton (Binghamton University) as well as an associate’s degree in Engineering Science from Broome Community College. Glenn also received certification from Loyola University in Chicago to teach personality typing as a tool to better understanding those with whom we work. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Society of Training and Development (ASTD).
